Mission Statement
The mission of Whole Life Precepts is to provide rehabilitative education for those with human afflictions resulting from childhood abuse through seminars, workshops, group or individual counseling, implementing musical productions and theatre arts. These services have the purpose of providing community awareness of the problem, the solution and prevention of same.
How did Whole Life Precepts, Inc. come into being? This ministry was conceived in the heart of Nancee Tanner, and birthed through trials, adversities and a difficult journey where she began a journey of research, reading a literal mountain of books and attending seminars that miraculously came her way as well as studies at the University of the Nations, Kailua Kona, HI. All these resources confirmed that there was a better life to be had; a life lived out of wholeness, body, spirit and soul. Along this path, Nancee chronicled her findings in a forthcoming biography, True Confessions of a Single Mom--12 Steps to A New Beginning.
A strong spiritual desire to share her findings with others struggling with a lack of personal wholeness was the driving force that created the need for Whole Life Precepts, Inc., a counseling, teaching and music ministry that implements the addition of Nancee’s music to warm the hearts of those who are also starting their own personal journey to wholeness.
ORIGIN OF LOGO
I had been praying about a logo and one evening I woke from a dream where I saw a completed rainbow with clouds through it. I knew, instantly, that this was my logo, but I was puzzled. A few days later, I was on a flight to do a singles' concert and saw just such a rainbow over the wing of the plane. I rubbed my eyes in disbelief and then mentioned what I thought I could see to a fellow passenger. He chuckled and told me that we only see part of the rainbow, here on earth. However, above the clouds, rainbows form a complete circle. This scientific explanation was a literal explanation, but this citing confirmed that God gave me this “night vision.” God sees the “full circle” of our lives and knows the beginning from the end. His rainbow is his covenant promise to us!

I described this rainbow to a dear friend, David Durham, of WellSpringDesigns, of Nashville, TN and he was given a special anointing to see and design the exact rainbow logo that I described. This logo has graced every creative product for the next twenty-five plus years. David continues to use his gift of art and design to beautify God’s creations through me I am truly blessed to have such a faithful, multi-talented friend.
